INDUSTRIAL PAINTING

Intermountain Electronics has the capability of providing custom industrial painting services.  Our large paint booth (24’ wide x 16’ high x 60’ long) is specifically designed to create the environment required for high quality finishes.  For total production flexibility,
we can isolate sections for smaller runs or use the entire enclosure for larger production runs while maintaining proper ventilation and temperature for each.  Therefore, Intermountain Electronics can do small prototype painting as well as large quantity production painting.  

 
Our metal preparation systems include sand blasting and a Phosphoric Acid Oxidation process for cleaning and rust inhibiting.  Intermountain Electronics can spray all types of primers and paints for custom paint colors and finishes as required by the customer.  We can provide powder coating upon request.  We are able to paint and bake parts as large as 10' high x 12’ long and 10’ wide.  These processes ensure a long lasting durable finish.  A typical order for painting is completed in 3 to 5 working days.
