LASER ALIGNMENT TOOLS & ACCESSORIES

Intermountain Electronics has teamed with Laser Tools Co. to provide the latest technology in Laser Alignment Tools & Accessories and is an authorized dealer for their exciting line of laser products.  Laser Tools is a specialist in MSHA approved mining lasers for underground exploratory and production mining of coal and mineral ore.

GL350 Mining Alignment Laser

 The newest product to be released is the Model GL350 Mining Alignment Laser.  The GL350 uses Green Laser Technology and is designed to insure accurate excavation with its long distance performance and bright green laser beam.  Green laser light is ten times brighter than red laser light which means you can see the beam better and shoot farther without having to move the laser equipment.  This speeds the excavation process and saves money.

The GL350 Green Laser Technology™ Mining Alignment Laser is made from solid brass and operates on two D cell batteries.

• Dustproof & Waterproof – great for underground use.
• Hanging tabs and brackets – connect to spads directly.

Available options include line generator lens, mounting configurations, beam steering optics that permit the beam to be precisely positioned without moving the laser itself, and remote operation.  Additional optics extend the operating range of the GL350 to over 3,500 feet (1Km) and beyond.
              

LED Strobe

The LED Strobe™ is used for In-By and Out-By directional indicators, SCSR re-breather and secure containment markers, survey markers, and rescue team identifiers including back pack and rescue sled flashers.  You can mark Permissible entry points with different colors and provide beacons for hazardous machinery conditions.

Each LED Strobe flashes Super Bright LEDs every few seconds that can be seen over 100 feet down a tunnel or mine shaft.  The color of the light indicates your position towards or away from the face. White LEDs can mark header and breaks and SCSR storage cabinets.

• Bright LED lights penetrate smoke and dust – you can see the LEDs during hazardous blackouts.
• Colors indicate direction and location status – you always know where you are in the mine.

 Two eye visible laser beams shoot in opposite directions – Extend alignment accuracy, back sight to survey points, layout drilling points and mount to drilling machines.

GL222 Dual Beam Alignment Laser

Two beams shoot in opposite directions but are co-axially aligned.  Includes magnetic base, level vial, and internal Spad hanging tabs.  This is used for drill alignment in drifts and remote miner positioning.

GL100M Laser Precision Level

Extends level reference over 1000 ft.  Great for conveyor setups and maintenance.
