Engineering Services

Intermountain Electronics provides an array of engineering services with their team of experienced and qualified electrical engineers and technicians.  This team draws from a wide range of capabilities for the design, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems.  Intermountain Electronics’ engineering team can assist customers from concept to commissioning for most mining power and control systems and many industrial power and control systems.  

Intermountain Electronics’ engineering team is available to assist customers in the development of “scopes of work” and project specifications.   This team can assist with project management, testing, and startup management.  Intermountain Electronics is a leader in process control technologies with the capability of designing, programming, and manufacturing computer control and monitoring systems.  Intermountain Electronics has a fully staffed and equipped engineering support group with the capacity of state of the art documentation and drawing development.  

Start-Up Services

 In addition to providing required planning and development engineering services, Intermountain Electronics, also provides on-location start-up services.  These services include full installation of equipment, set-up, calibration, and testing.  We also provide hands on training for the staff that will be operating and maintaining the equipment.  We continue to be available for follow up maintenance checks and consultation.  These start-up services are available for any equipment manufactured or rebuilt by Intermountain Electronics. 

Maintenance Services

 For installed electrical control and monitoring systems, Intermountain Electronics provides ongoing preventive and routine maintenance services.  These services include testing and calibration of protection devices, testing and evaluation of power distribution equipment, and the justification of upgrades and retrofits of existing equipment.  Let Intermountain Electronics evaluate your existing systems and assist you in determining the most cost effective application of modifications, upgrades, or replacements.
