Tunnel Radio’s UltraComm underground radio systems incorporate a head-end unit with repeaters and network interface, cable splitters, amplifier units, and point antennas where signal is needed most.  We offer mine-wide, world-class, 2-way, man to man communication wirelessly.  Options include remote relay control from portables, wireless data, and tonnage production collection capabilities.

The UltraComm system, while being simple to install and operate, is dependable and allows excellent range from the cable.  Using commercial grade portable and mobile radios, with UltraCommMulti-channel radio technology, Tunnel Radio offers unmatched 155 VHF or 500 MHz UHF radio coverage and range.
